Between education and human development there is a close interdependence. Education is an important factor in human development, creating opportunities and serves as a tool to meet and develop intellectual and professional needs of the individual. However, a society with a high level of human development on the one hand, creates a constant need to stimulate, on the other hand, is able to create the appropriate, optimal conditions for improving the intellectual and professional potential of society as a whole and its separate individuals.
