Modern trends in the development of trade and economic relations between Russia and China

The article examines current trends in the development of trade and economic relations between the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China. The study analyzes key areas of bilateral cooperation, such as energy, transport logistics, agriculture, and high technologies. Particular attention is paid to political and economic factors contributing to the strengthening of ties between the two countries, as well as challenges related to geopolitical instability. The author proposes possible ways to deepen cooperation, including the development of infrastructure projects, transition to national currency settlements, and expansion of interregional interaction. The results obtained may be useful for shaping Russia’s foreign economic strategy in a changing international environment.
