The effectiveness of any medical institution is assessed by the availability and quality of medical care to all categories of citizens. Stable work of any medical organization depends on staffing. The staffing of healthcare institutions with medical personnel is low; there is a shortage of personnel in all categories of personnel, most of all doctors. The results of the analysis of medical personnel, especially doctors, are highly relevant for the process of managerial decision-making by healthcare organizers of various levels.
