Modern trends of social development of the customs bodies of Russia

Management of social development of customs authorities is an urgent task and is an important direction of the state social policy. The Federal customs service of Russia implementing the state program of the Russian Federation «social support of citizens» carries out social protection of employees of customs authorities. The level of social security of personnel of customs authorities is determined by the target indicators, such as number of officials of customs bodies, members of their families eligible and receiving sanatorium-resort treatment and health-improving rest in departmental sanatoria and health resorts. But, against the background of positive statistics of social protection, the growth of prices for goods and services does not stop, in this regard, it is necessary to revise the amount of benefits, social guarantees and compensation for customs officials is necessary.
