Current trends of improvement of process of establishment and collection of parafiscal payments

In article the main trends of development of a system парафискальныхх payments at the present stage are considered. The problem aspects connected with legitimacy of establishment of parafiscal payment are analysed. On the basis of the conducted research the author makes offers and recommendations in the sphere of standard fixing of institute of the parafiskalitet in the legislation of the Russian Federation.
