Modern trends in the study of social sharing of emotions

The article presents foreign studies on the social sharing of emotions. We have identified the following modern trends in the study of this phenomenon: consideration of social sharing of emotions as a way of coping with large-scale crisis situations, regulation of emotions in the case of joint and self-regulated learning, as a complex process that leads to changes in the social structure, group, intergroup, interpersonal interactions, human adaptation, consideration of the specifics of social sharing of emotions in the Internet space.
