Modern trends in the practice of physical education

This article analyzes the essence of physical education both from the point of view of its goals and the results of the formation of physical culture in a person, and through the prism of activity in this process, which is focused on the development of the motivational and value attitude of the student to his physical education and sports. The main aspects of physical education are highlighted, and the relationship between the concepts of physical and physical education is examined. The key characteristics of physical education are described, its features are considered in the context of the possibility of increasing the effectiveness of this process in practice.
