Modern trends in development of an innovative system of the national economy

The article studies a complex innovative system of the national economy in order to review the development of its key components and to reveal the dominants, which determine the current state of the innovative activities in the country. The study presents an analysis of the innovative activities of the national economy, comparative showings of costs on Research and Development in the national economy and in the foreign countries. The directions of the innovative processes’ activation in the Russian Federation are also discussed.
