Modern labor relations: relevance of the class affiliation analysis

The paper considers sociology’ aspects of labour relations that have taken shape in the world economy system’ environment. The author demonstrates that the class-affiliation approach has not lost its significance at all (as a methodology tool), that was reflected in works of contemporary theorists dealing with the class-affiliation analysis and was conditional on the objective reality.
