Modern capabilities and limitations of digital quality management systems in an industrial enterprise

The research is aimed at developing proposals to improve the efficiency of digital production systems. The software support of the quality management system should cover such functions as risk management, monitoring and forecasting of accidents and accidents, inconsistencies and defects. In this regard, we have considered it in three aspects: business process and document management tools; the availability of a quality management system module in automated enterprise management systems; the presence of the sub module “technological sovereignty” in the module of the quality management system. The study revealed the limitations of automated quality management systems in the context of monitoring and diagnostics of measures in the field of import substitution and technological sovereignty, which made it possible to systematize the functionality of the QMS software, which reflects the need to develop such software (module) that will combine the main structural elements of the QMS and solve the problem of ensuring technological sovereignty. Thus, the necessity and expediency of developing existing options for the functionality of software products to support the quality management system by including a module to ensure technological sovereignty, which allows assessing the contribution of the enterprise to increasing the development of technologies in the country.
