Functional dyspepsia (FD) is one of the most common gastrointestinal disorders, especially among patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). This condition significantly impacts the quality of life, and its diagnosis and treatment require a comprehensive approach. This article presents an algorithm for diagnosing and treating functional dyspepsia in patients with T2DM, as well as an overview of the functional capabilities of a software program designed to automate the diagnostic process, analyze patient data, and generate treatment recommendations. The program includes assessment of the patient's condition, consideration of comorbidities and psychological status, and offers individualized treatment and monitoring options. Integration with telemedicine enhances access to specialized care, particularly in remote areas.
