Modern federalism: research problems and perspectives for development

The analysis of federative systems' dynamics and modern model of federalism formation in the process of transformation of modern states' structure is carried out in the article. The conclusion on the variety of modern federalism forms and the existence of the large number of «intermediate» models of state structure close to federalism is made.
