The article presents a review of the collective monograph ((Corporate Governance: Issues of Theory, Problems of Practice» published at the end of 2017 in the publishing house of the St. Petersburg State Economic University. The emphasis was put on the issues of assessing the quality of corporate governance, networking of board members, digitalization of corporate procedures, social responsibility of a modern corporation.
