The modern educational content of the continuing education system

The article discusses formation of the global system of open, flexible, individualized, creative knowledge, as well as promising areas of continuing education, in particular, online education. The author describes advantages of online education and its parameters: content, educational technologies and results. The paper observes the most successful MOOC-sites, including the domestic educational site Uniweb and the site of the business school "Synergy".
