Modern approach to the formation of information support of the enterprise management system

Information support plays a leading role among all subsystems that provide management of an organization, since the effectiveness of an organization’s activities directly depends on its information links, both with the external environment and with internal control objects. The subsystem of information support of management processes performs a large functional and, accordingly, has a complex organizational structure, while being, in accordance with the methodology of the systems approach, a complex system. The effectiveness of the functioning of an economic entity increasingly depends on the quality of the information support system of activities, due to the increasing complexity and strengthening of relationships with the external environment. Improving the quality of management can be achieved by conducting a study of all aspects of economic activity, including the study of the control system and controlled subsystems. To build an effective organization management system, it is necessary to conduct a detailed study of the existing management information support system based on the allocation of information flows that permeate the organization. The growing interdependence and dynamism of doing business in the aggregate affect the increase in difficulties in predicting the development and management of an organization, therefore, when studying information flows, it becomes necessary to highlight additional characteristics and parameters of information, to combine the constituent elements of the flow into arrays.
