The modern approach to concepts of traditional and innovative cultures

On the basis of historical development of the culture concept the author makes an attempt to define the modern term "innovative culture". The article offers an integrated approach to consideration of this phenomenon from the perspective of sociality, which unites science, education and culture. The author claims that it is the innovative culture that will promote the development of innovative society in Russia.
