The article analyzes the state of the Russian sports shoes market for the period from May 2019 to February 2021. The countries-participants of foreign economic activity and their share in the Russian market of sports shoes are determined. In dynamics, the foreign economic indicators of the Russian market of sports shoes are considered. Conclusions are formulated and a short-term forecast for the development of the sports footwear market in the Russian Federation is given.
