The modern labor market and features of its development in the conditions of sanctions and digitalization and sustainable development

The article explores the current problems of the market under the conditions of sanctions pressure, the active development of digital technologies, the concept of sustainable development. The authors reveal the problems of the labor market development over the past 25 years, analyze the impact of the pandemic and sanctions on the development of new professions in Russia, investigate the demand and supply of vacancies in the labor market in 2022, conduct a comparative assessment of unemployment by industry in 2020 and 2022. In the course of the research, the issues of the quality of human capital, the importance of training and retraining of personnel, mastering new competencies for their implementation in the modern digital and «green» economy were studied.
