The modern view of the assessment of vasoreactivity in patients with acute coronary syndrome

The study was conducted among patients with myocardial infarction, unstable angina, and healthy people. In blood serum natriuretic propeptide C-type and angiotensin II by enzyme immunoassay analysis. Vasomotor endothelial function was assessed by ultrasound method using an apparatus "Minimax-Doppler-K” in a state of functional rest and during the occlusion test. Revealed the presence of endothelial dysfunction and a breach of vasomotor function in patients with acute coronary syndrome, while in healthy individuals diagnosed with latent endothelial dysfunction.
