The creation of additive technologies taking into account the fatigue behaviour of a material in aviation engineering

The article analyzes the most successful results of the use of additive technologies, reflects the advantages at the current stage of development.The problem statement: it is necessary to find the optimal parameters of the technological process in the production of parts using additive technologies used in the design of short -, medium - and long-haul aircraft. The optimization was performed using the computer-aided system “Nastran” with time resources, material costs, weight of the aircraft construction of work at different levels of serial production selected as an optimization criterion. Numerical simulation of the working process was performed for each of the combinations of optimized variables. Analysis of the optimization results showed that the growth of the parameters of the working process leads to the expansion of the locally optimal parameters. Under optimal technological parameters of the working process can be expected to optimize the value of works until the 30th %
