It is noted that the prevalence of age-related changes in higher mental functions is growing all over the world, while the organization and conduct of physical training can slow down and even suspend the process of reducing cognitive competence. It is shown that the creation of prerequisites necessary for solving this problem dictates the need to determine the approximate financial costs of restoring higher mental functions and the expected economic and social effect. A preliminary estimate of the cost of correction and development of cognitive processes is given. To increase the validity of economic calculations of the cost of psychological and psychophysiological services, it is proposed to clarify the protocols of group and personalized trainings.
