The aim of the study is to form a database on vector-borne animal diseases in the Tyumen Region. The main materials for accounting for the epizootic situation were retrospective data on veterinary reporting of the Veterinary Directorate of the Tyumen Region, the State Institution Tyumen Regional Veterinary Laboratory and reports of the R&D All-Russian Research Institute of Veterinary Entomology and Arachnology, a branch of the Tyumen Scientific Center of the SB RAS. To create the database, the MS Excel 365 program was used. A database (DB) is presented, intended for the accumulation, storage, viewing and analysis of information from an epizootic situation; determining the patterns of development of the epizootic process in terms of vector-borne diseases in animals; selection of that economy or area, which is of interest for the presence of distinctive characteristics of the observed process; comparative analysis by years, regions, diseases; displaying the results of processing information on epizootic processes. The structure of the database, methods of entering and extracting data are described. The characteristics of the information contained in it about unfavorable points on the territory of the Tyumen Region, in which vector-borne diseases of animals were registered, are given. The database makes it possible to filter the data, sort it by a given search, and form the output of results in the form of a table with the following columns: year, animal species, disease, district, settlement, farm, number of sick and studied animals. Examples of information on diseases in districts, diagnostic studies, a sample of a district and settlements included in it, by years and diseases are given. Currently, the resource contains information from 2000 to 2020. The introduction of the database will contribute to the improvement of epidemiological surveillance in the Tyumen Region, will allow visualizing the results of monitoring a specific territory on an electronic geographical map. The developed database makes it possible to monitor the current state of the epizootic process of vector-borne animal diseases in the region.
