Creation of a crowdsourcing project for the publication and discussion of proposals on the region's socio-economic development

The article deals with the issues of the development of an information and communication project, providing the opportunities for the placement of population's proposals aimed at improving the socio-economic situation in the region. In the framework of this project, the residents will be able to express their suggestions and ideas for the region's development on a special website; these ideas will be public and open for discussion; the representatives of the authorities will be able to choose the most relevant/feasible proposals to be implemented.
