In the context of modern global challenges, designing new means of individual and collective protection is becoming an important task for the military-industrial complex of the Russian Federation. This work is devoted to the development of effective methods for product modeling based on the process of air filtration using sorbents. In the course of the research, key problems related to design were identified, including the choice of product structure, selection of materials, testing and economic assessment. The aim of the work is to create an indicative model of filter operation and a statistical model of sorbent functioning using the AnyLogic software. To achieve this goal, the principle of operation of the filter was analyzed, a model of its functioning and a statistical model of sorbent operation were developed. The use of modeling makes it possible to predict the behavior of products in various operating conditions, which significantly reduces development time and increases the efficiency of production processes. The research results can be used to optimize the design of protective equipment, improve their functional characteristics and increase the economic efficiency of production. The work highlights the importance of using modern modeling methods in the development of protective equipment, which contributes to a faster and better solution of urgent security problems.
