Creation of the power equipment repair management system based on the risk-oriented approach on the basis of the UPPRE

An approach to management of implementation, development and operation ofpower equipment repair management system (PPRMS) in several subdivisions of an enterprise, geographically located in different regions of the Russian Federation, is presented. Tools and methods of distributed team management are considered. The target image of the system at project start-up and the transformations required during project implementation are provided. The role model of the project development team and IT tool users that create a complete ecosystem for energy equipment repair management is shown.
