Creation of the free port Vladivostok in view of criminal and corruption risks

The article provides a brief analysis of the federal law draft, named «On the free port of Vladivostok». Special attention is paid to criminal-corruption risks representing serious obstacles in the way of the project realization. It is for the first time that this side of the problem is in the focus of scientific investigation.
