Specialization of the legal regulations as a result of the systematic character of the civil law

The mechanism of the legal regulation formation is reviewed. Based on the universal scientific theory of systems, the appearance of the specialized civil law regulations is justified. The attention is given to the objective processes of the differentiation and integration, which take place in the civil law system and which lead to the specialization ("division of labor") of its elements, i.e. legal regulations.
