Specifically-criminological prevention of crime of foreign citizens

The paper discusses topical and important issues devoted to the specially - criminological prevention of crime of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation. The necessity of amending the criminal and criminal procedural legislation, with the purpose to increase the efficiency of combating illegal migration, prevention of the activities of organized criminal groups. In order to improve the special preventive measures for foreign migrants’ crime a special area of preventive activities in relation to this category of persons is allocated.
