Special psychological knowledge in the investigation of the minority awards to successful by successing with the Internet network

In recent years, there has been a steady upward trend in suicides among children and adolescents, influenced by the information that could be found in the Internet. This article is devoted to studying the problems of investigating the motivation of minors to suicide through the use of special psychological knowledge, primarily in the form of a forensic psychological examination. The article focuses on the complex, interdisciplinary nature of the problem of counteracting youth suicidal behavior caused by the criminal behavior of others (Articles 110, 110.1, 110.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), on the criminal potential of the Internet, the role of a psychologist as an expert to establish the circumstances of the crimes committed in this category is examined. The purpose of the study: to determine the opportunities of the use of special psychological knowledge in investigating how subjects of crime used the Internet to motivate minors to suicide. Material and methods: we analyzed the texts of 51 court sentences on bringing to suicide both minors and adults published on the website "Judicial and regulatory acts of the Russian Federation" for the period from 2011 to 2017, as well as the texts of court decisions made in various regions of Russia on the claims of the prosecutor's office on the recognition of information posted on certain Internet pages as the information that is prohibited to be spread in the territory of the Russian Federation...
