The article examines the main forms and modes of public-private partnership, their features and scope, compares certain forms of public-private partnership, such as a special economic zone, a business incubator and a technopark. The work provides definitions of these concepts and studies the problems of law enforcement. The author analyzes the normative legal acts, provides the positions of leading scientists and practicing lawyers.
