Special types of fraud (art. 159.1-159.6 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation): review of the innovative legislation

The article considers new types of fraud, enshrined in Art. 159.1-159.6 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The author reveals the problems of qualification of the types of fraud associated with the uncertainty of the subject of crime, with the peculiarities of the objective side. The article points the imperfection of the existing legislative structures of special types of fraud.
