Special subject of crimes in the sphere of entrepreneurial activity. Features of intersectoral regulation

The article discusses the possibilities of ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of entrepreneurs held liable in cases of crimes in the field of entrepreneurial activity, including additional opportunities to defend the interests of the head of the organization, information about which may not be contained in the Unified state register of legal entities. According to the author, the lack of a person’s status as an individual entrepreneur does not exclude the application to him of additional substantive and procedural guarantees established in relation to entrepreneurs.
