Specific features of tort liabilities in the civil law of the Russian Federation

The article analyzes the specific features of tort liabilities of the civil law of the Russian Federation. The author studies the regulations of the Civil Law of the Russian Federation with regard to the research of tort liability and proposes to amend the art. 1082 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. In his opinion, this will contribute to the quickest resolution of civil disputes relating to the compensation of damage under tort liabilities. On the basis of the analysis carried out in the article, the author concludes that the tort liabilities are characterized by specific features and the author notes that the execution, amendment and termination of tort liability is subjected to the general rules, with the exceptions determined by the legal relations on damage compensation.
