Specific features of development of rural territories of industrially developed region

The purpose of article is the research of specific features of development of rural territories of industrially developed region. On the basis of studying of approaches of domestic scientists to interpretation of a concept of the rural territory by the author this definition is specified. Analyzing development of rural territories of the Kemerovo region the contradictions connected with the expressed industrial orientation of the region in which the coal mining which is followed by a low share of agriculture in VRP, annual rejection of the agricultural land, migration of able-bodied population to the cities, an unsatisfactory condition of rural economy of the revenues of local budgets influencing formation intensively develops are revealed. For the solution of the revealed problems the actions directed to strengthening of economy of the rural territory by means of the regulating function which should be assigned to the territorial subject of the Russian Federation to which the rural territory belongs are offered.
