Specifics of business processes at enterprises agricultural sector of the economy

The issues of improving the management of business processes of agricultural enterprises and increasing the effectiveness of their activities on the basis of effective process management are of the most important importance. The main business processes, supporting or auxiliary processes, business processes of management and development, quality management, taking into account the specifics of the industry, are substantiated. The analysis of business processes specific to the agricultural sector allowed us to consider the business model of an agricultural enterprise. The conclusion is made about the need to improve business process management in dynamically changing environmental conditions.
