In this article the sphere of official and business communication which needs the organization and orderliness as actually and any other kind of activity is considered. As a rule, there is a set of both obligatory, and secret instructions and rules of conduct which in general it is necessary to call business etiquette. On these rules it is necessary to pay special attention by drawing up official documentation as the text of documents has validity.
