Specificity and essence of organizational behavior within the framework of a systematic approach

The article considers the essence of organizational behavior. The types of interaction that form the nature of organizational behavior are presented. The elements of the system of organizational behavior are studied. Conclusions are drawn about the influence of organizational behavior on the effectiveness of the work of the staff.
