The specifics of internet marketing in Russia

The article examines the specifics of Internet marketing in Russia. The study indicates that today businesses increasingly prefer online promotion to traditional methods of promotion. It is emphasized that companies are increasingly using digital channels for communicative interaction with consumers and direct sales. In addition, it is indicated that most of the projects on the Internet are promoted using technologies such as SEO optimization; banner and contextual advertising; E-mail newsletters; advertising on social networks (SMM); video content; text content for the audience. In the study, special emphasis is placed on the study of promising areas of Russian Internet marketing.
