The article deals with the essence and features of the formation of personnel policy of agricultural enterprises, its constituent elements, the relationship with the principles of management and development strategy. Personnel policy is the leading link of the public organization, a complex structure of strategic personnel management and the necessary Foundation for the balance of administrative actions in the political, economic and cultural spheres of the enterprise. Personnel policy in the enterprise (like a development strategy) is based on internal resources and certain rules, as well as the potential of the external space. Personnel management is the main component of the organizational policy of the enterprise and is consistent with the doctrine of its growth. A special feature of the personnel policy of agricultural enterprises is the influence of stereotypes of personnel management, which were formed in the past. It is determined that the personnel policy of any organization is the core of the social system, the complex structure of strategic management of human resources and the basis for the optimal balance of management actions in decision-making on socio-economic issues...
