The article considers features of marketing application in the sphere of investment-construction complex, presents comparative specifications of commercial real estate and residential properties, demonstrates specificity of property realization as a special kind of goods. The authors analyse differences between commercial real estate and residential properties according to their special purpose and influence on the demand, as well as the methods of construction product's promotion and the risks, waylaying the owners of construction objects.
