Specificity of scientific research in the conditions of digitalization of economy

The article is devoted to the development of scientific research in the digitalization of the modern economy. Research, development and innovation are for any country the engine of economic and social development. The common concern of all states about science and scientific research is manifested in the recognition of their role in ensuring the welfare of human civilization. The level of development of a society is determined mainly by the indicators of its education and research systems, the level of education of its citizens, the quality of the products of research activities and the fair access of all potential users to the services and products of these systems. Thanks to digitalization, researchers in the course of scientific research can most accurately study the necessary issue, collect the evidence base, and then based on the information received create a unique method or algorithm for subsequent actions. The article discusses the prospects and problems of creating a community without restrictions for scientists. Considering the specifics of scientific research in a modern open society, we can say that the development is carried out in large quantities and the flow of information is constantly increasing.
