Specificity of public expenditure in the Russian economy

The article defines the features of public spending, their role in the Russian economy, consider the form of public expenditure, represented expenditure on the main sections of the federal budget for 2013-2015. Also the article defines the main tasks, the solutions of which are directed funds from the budget.
