Specificity of moving cultural values through the customs border in the EAEU

The article discusses the concept and types of cultural property. The procedure of moving cultural property in the territory of the Customs Union is described. The problems arising during the movement of cultural property across the customs border of the EAEU are given, and recommendations are given for their elimination.
