The specifics of the process of divorce in the Russian Federation

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the consideration of divorce cases. There is a need for constant monitoring of legislation in connection with scientific and theoretical research on this topic, in order to adapt the provisions of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Family Order of the Russian Federation to the needs of society.
