Specificity of the Lower Volga river steamship line activity in 1944-1945

The activities of the Lower Volga Steamship Line on cargo and passenger transportation at the final stage of the Great Patriotic War is shown. The author dwells on the steamship line results and significance of the Lower Volga water transport activities in the mentioned period. The specificity of navigation campaigns of the Lower Volga river fleet is established for the 1944-1945 and after-war periods.
