Specifics of work of volunteers Tomsk and Tomsk region and their relation to animal welfarew activity

In this paper, the specifics of the work of Volunteers Tomsk and Tomsk region. Also focuses on the causes of the volunteer activities, with respect to this inner circle of awareness about the activities of animal protection organizations and possible ways to address the shortage of volunteers in the field. The study was conducted using the method of semi-formalized interviews with volunteers from Tomsk and Tomsk region.
