Specific character of trial situation when the forensic interpretation is required

The article deals with the problems regarding the necessity of involvement of an interpreter during the trial examination. The author suggests a classification of the trial situations according to the lack of knowledge of a case language by participants of legal procedure. The author compares the specific features of the forensic situations with the investigatory situations.
