Specrtral research of plasma flow kinetics

The purpose of this work was to research spectra of the cold plasma received by means of a special device for implementation of semiself-maintained discharge. A research of spectral distribution of plasma flow was made by means of multichannel high-speed trigger spectrometer. Air, vapors of water, and vapors of gasoline were used as plasma-forming substances. Spectra were identified. Based on the obtained data a number of conclusions concerning presence of carbon atoms and hydrocarbons in plasma were made.
