Spectral characteristics of the rhythm of heart of children with various level of physical activities

The main features of the method of assessing heart rate variability in primary school children are Revealed. Based on the analysis of the literature and our own conclusions methodical recommendations on optimization studies of typological characteristics of heart rate variability studies in primary school children were formulated. The importance of applying the method of evaluation of HRV as an indicator the functional state of cardio-vascular and neurohumoral systems of children in primary school age are pointed out.
