Spectral researches of yeast isolated plasmatic membranes in the visible range of spectrum

Бесплатный доступ

It was registered the fluorescence of yeast isolated plasmatic membranes with maximum at 683 nanometers, caused by the membranous bound connection absorbing in the visible range of spectrum. The spectrum of initiation the fluorescence of this compound has the structure typical for porphyrins. At the same time on a number of fluorescent properties the porphyrin, localized in a plasmatic membrane, differs from other intracellular porphyrins (protoporphyrin, coproporphyrin).
